Household Data Collection Course for Loan Officers & Field Staff
Empowering institutions in using digital tools
and latest standard frameworks
for customer-centric assessment and
impact measurement
at the houshold level
Sustainabiliy begins listening to the needs of vulnerable communities and developing
products tailored to these needs. Collecting detailed data at the household level is challenging and - if outsourced -
can be unaffordable for most institutions. Many of these challenges and costs can
be drastically reduced leveraging on digital tools and on latest research results.
This series of webinars is designed as a short training course for management teams and field staff of institutions
working in developing countries with rural communities, such as microfinance institutions,
energy service providers, or NGOs.
The course will overview different aspects of data collection campaigns, providing
theoretical and practical skills, and presenting selected applications
for needs and market assessment, customer satisfaction, and impact assessment studies.
The series of webinars is organized by HEDERA Sustainable Solutions in the context of the project Impact-Driven and Action-Based Research
(IMPACT-R).
